Clarke v. WEC (2024)

Court co-consultant to the Wisconsin Supreme Court, evaluating remedial Assembly and Senate proposals after the prior maps were found unconstitutional. Report (PDF)

Harkenrider v. Hochul (2022)

Pennsylvania

Legislative Reapportionment Commission (2021–2022)

Redistricting consultant to the bipartisan commission that drew the state legislative maps, unanimously affirmed by the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.

Alabama

Allen v. Milligan (2023)

Submitted two remedial congressional plans for the court's consideration. Memo to the Special Master (PDF)

Nassau County, NY

NY Communities for Change v. County of Nassau (2025)

Expert witness for the plaintiffs. The case settled and the challenged map was replaced with one mirroring features of my illustrative map. Expert Report (PDF)

Moore v. Lee (2022)

New Mexico

Republican Party of New Mexico v. Oliver (2023)

Georgia

Wright v. Sumter County School Board (2020)

As Assistant to the Special Master, helped redraw Sumter County's racially gerrymandered school board.

Utah

Navajo Nation v. San Juan County (2017)

The Navajo Nation had been denied representation on the county commission. My redraw allowed them to elect a majority for the first time.

Virginia

Bethune-Hill v. Virginia Board of Elections (2019)

As Assistant to the Special Master, helped redraw 25 of the 100 Virginia state legislative districts.
