Harkenrider v. Hochul (2022) · Special Master

I was appointed Special Master by the Supreme Court of New York, tasked with drawing the state’s 2022–2030 Congressional and State Senate maps after the legislature’s plans were struck down. The maps were implemented for the 2022 election cycle.
